Como usar el Going To

“Going to” es una construcción en inglés que se utiliza para hablar de planes y predicciones futuras. Se forma con el verbo “to be” en presente seguido de “going to” y el infinitivo del verbo principal. Por ejemplo:

  • I am going to study for my exam tomorrow. (Voy a estudiar para mi examen de mañana.)
  • They are going to travel to Europe next summer. (Van a viajar a Europa el próximo verano.)
  • She is going to buy a new car next month. (Ella va a comprar un coche nuevo el próximo mes.)

También se utiliza para hablar de acciones que se han decidido previamente o que se van a realizar pronto. Por ejemplo:

  • I am going to call my friend later today. (Voy a llamar a mi amigo más tarde hoy.)
  • We are going to have a party next weekend. (Vamos a tener una fiesta el próximo fin de semana.)

En general, “going to” se utiliza para hablar de planes y acciones que se han decidido con antelación o que están a punto de suceder. Es similar al uso del futuro simple, pero el “going to” se utiliza para indicar una intención más fuerte y una acción más cercana en el tiempo.
