  • Always: Siempre
  • Usually: Normalmente
  • Often: A menudo
  • Sometimes: A veces
  • Rarely: Raramente
  • Hardly ever: Casi nunca
  • Never: Nunca

  • I always wake up early. (Siempre me levanto temprano.)
  • They usually go to the movies on Fridays. (Normalmente van al cine los viernes.)
  • He often eats pizza for dinner. (A menudo cena pizza.)
  • She sometimes goes for a run in the morning.
  • We rarely eat out at restaurants. (Raramente comemos fuera en restaurantes.)
  • I hardly ever watch TV anymore. (Casi nunca veo televisión ahora.)
  • They never arrive late to meetings.

  • I do not always wake up early. (No siempre me levanto temprano.)
  • They do not usually go to the movies on Fridays. (Normalmente no van al cine los viernes.)
  • He does not often eat pizza for dinner. (A menudo no cena pizza.)
  • She does not sometimes go for a run in the morning.
  • We do not rarely eat out at restaurants. (Raramente comemos fuera en restaurantes.)
  • I do not hardly ever watch TV anymore. (Casi nunca veo televisión ahora.)
  • They do not never arrive late to meetings. (Nunca llegan tarde a las reuniones.)
